With my recent move to Austin, TX, I have decided to re-orient the focus of my studio on smaller scale projects, returning to the type of the work that I did early in my career—small-scale residential. I learned a great deal in those early years about working with designers and clients on creative ideas that brought joy to everyone involved while investing the home with identity, meaning and beauty.

Over the years as my studio expanded and our work grew in scope, type, scale, complexity, anxiety, stress, and value, I longed for the early days of working with homeowners, designers and builders on making our shared dreams a reality. These memories have served to spark my enthusiasm for returning to these types of projects again as I plan for the Austin studio.

The following portfolio of a small selection of residential projects demonstrates the breadth of our studio’s capabilities and the variety of solutions we developed to meet a diverse range of objectives because each project was different and unique. This diversity has become one of the hallmarks of our studio for it illustrates our approach to each project of addressing its most salient issues and pertinent characteristics with innovative solutions. It was, and continues to be, our primary objective of meeting the needs of each project with unique and original solutions, making the homes more meaningful, enjoyable and beautiful.
